How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We will do our best to process your order within 5-7 days. After your order has been processed, you can expect your gift to be delivered within 2-3 business days for non-personalized items, depending on the destination. Please keep in mind that personalized request times may vary. You will be notified once your order has left; we ship as quickly as possible! 

Where does the box ship from?

All orders ship from the lovely Sunflower State (specifically, Western Kansas).

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states. Please email hello@glamcoshop.com to make arrangements for international shipping.

Which carrier do you use?

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail. If expedited shipping is necessary, we will use USPS Express Mail for an additional charge.

Is shipping included in my order?

Shipping will be added to your order during checkout. A tracking number will be provided and each order is insured. Please double check all addresses and shipping information prior to submitting your order.

Can I ship multiple boxes to different addresses?

At this time, we cannot ship multiple gifts to separate addresses. Each box will need to be placed as a separate order.

Can I request a specific delivery date for my gift?

Absolutely! We will always do our best to accommodate to your request. Please reach out to hello@glamcoshop.com with the specifics. 

Can I make changes to my order once it has been submitted?

Mistakes happen! We will do all we can to accommodate your request, as long as your gift has not yet been shipped.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We strongly believe that everyone will love their gift! However, if an item is broken or damaged in transit, we will make it right. Please reach out to hello@glamcoshop.com with the details.

Will my gift include a card?

All boxes will include a card. You have two options; a blank card left outside of the box for you to fill out, or the option of  a personalized handwritten note with the message of your choice . Simply type your message and we will take care of the rest.
